Account Registration

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. Deposits & Withdrawals

747link accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.

All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 747link reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding applicable thresholds under Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations in the Philippines.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747link Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security systems.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.

Responsible Gaming

747link does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 747link shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will not be liable for losses incurred during maintenance downtime.

Privacy & Data

747link collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review your rights as a data subject, including your right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments

747link reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting to the Platform. For material changes, 747link will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice via email to registered account holders or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a material amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any disputes, without prejudice to 747link's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
